The Essentials and Foundation plans are month-to-month — no long-term commitment required. The Signature and Estate plans are structured as annual service agreements so we can properly plan and deliver every included service on schedule. Either way, we earn your business every single visit.
You have two options. You can pay per service as each visit or service is completed, or you can spread your plan cost evenly over 12 months for a predictable monthly bill — great for budgeting. If you choose the 12-month spread and decide to cancel, we'll calculate the services delivered to date, compare that to what you've paid, and settle any difference at termination. Simple and fair to both sides.
We accept credit and debit cards, check, and Apple Pay. Invoices are sent through QuickBooks for easy online payment.
Not at all. As long as we have access to your property, we'll take care of everything and be out of your way. Many of our clients are at work or away when we visit — that's kind of the point.
We plan our schedule with rainouts in mind, so we can usually reschedule without disrupting your service. If you have a high-priority cut — before an event, listing photos, or a property showing — just let us know and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.
Yes. We offer one-time services for clients who need a cleanup, a single mow, or a specific job done. That said, our care plans are designed to take all of the scheduling and guesswork off your plate — every service is already on the calendar at the right time of year, so you never have to think about it. No phone calls, no reminders, no hassle.
Absolutely. You can add any of our à la carte services to your plan at any time — just reach out and we'll get it scheduled. Signature and Estate clients receive 10% off all add-on services.
